Does anyone have a "spare" rebuildable engine that
they would be prepared to exchange for ready cash?


It would be nice if it has a thermostat housing
and the head's not cracked, but otherwise condition
is not really important.


In an ideal world it would come with a gearbox as
well, I wouldn't complain if it has no O/Drive.


I can collect from pretty much anywhere in the UK.
Go on, save another TR4 from a nasty fate.

OK, I've now found a TR3 engine, complete with 3-synchro
overdrive gearbox.


There's a guy in Essex that buys TR's in the US and
brings them over by the container load for dismantling.
His barn is the Peerless restorer's heaven.  You'll never
need to go to an autojumble again!
