Hey all!


Was wondering if any of you know of any one that has camped without a car.


I have been planning a suprise for my boyfriend who has been before and have bought tickets and a pass for blue nord who think its ok, but I was wondering what security is like and if there is anything I should do because I have no car!?


We are getting a train from paris and a bus or taxi to the campsite... so getting there should be fine!

Dear Emma,  There will be masses of Brits there, and if you can find some with TRs or the like I suggest you introduce yourselves and tell them of your situation and in no time you will have made good friends who will look out for your stuff when you aren't there. Most people are OK and the ambience is great ( though better at the Classic Le Mans where we are racing our Peerless !!) Try to pitch tour tent in the shelter of something as it gets incredibly hot there. If I can be of any more help please say or e-mail me at epona@hotmail.co.uk   best wishes, Celia

hi, i would also strongly recomend pitchin your tent on high ground....cus when it rains ooooh boy does it rain
