Getting further each time

Being as today was one of Scotland's 5 allocated days of sunshine per year, I thought I'd take 603EPP out for a little spin.

Trips have, to date, been short as the various little niggles that always seem to happen after a rebuild needed seen to.

Currently, I'm having difficulty identifying why the fans blow a fuse intermittently causing the inevitable rise in temp.

Also slightly puzzled as to why the overdrive isn't functioning.

However, today I took a trip up to the Moulin Moor above Pitlochry (only about 10 miles from my back door).

Only met about 4 or 5 cars there and back. How lucky am I?

Last one is me heading home.

Well, the main thing is that they're both still on the road and being enjoyed in a sort of masochistic way.

Re the views, I know I'm so lucky living where I do. I step out the door and I'm in the middle of all this. Great views and quite roads.

The one thing I have noticed is that oncoming cars tend to veer towards you as the driver attempts to identify the small, noisy thing heading their way.

I find that most drivers ( I use the term loosely) on smaller, tighter roads tend stop because they see an oncoming vehicle, they don't assess the size/width of that vehicle and just drive, they stop...great for me I just fly past and look at their bemused expressionsbiggrin
