With SWMBO now working from home, the ability to buy and accept delivery of large and inevitably expensive Peerless related bits has become strictly curtailed. Talking of which, why do Rimmers and Moss have to put a selection of small parts in such large boxes?
Despite my workshop being 20 odd miles from my house, I've managed to bring a few bits home with me. Currently working on restoring the dashboard and instrument cluster (questions on that to follow) and just given my new steel floor pans a few coats of red oxide primer. Underseal and dynamat to follow. Aside from that, my great intentions of getting the car running for Spring look to have been put on a 3 month hold.
Exciting news, we are exhibiting a Peerless GT at the London Classic Car Show 24th to the 26th February. This is the first time a Peerless has been exhibited at London "Motor Show" for over 60 years!
Mike has very kindly allowed us to use his car for the display on the TR Register stand. It would great to see you there.
The TR Register are looking for at least 1 Peerless and Warwick to attend the MG & Triumph 100 show at Silverstone. the dates are the 10th and 11th of June.
anyone who would like to go please get in touch with me and I can marshal the numbers. Each driver gets a free entry ticket to the show and there is camping etc if you wish to make a weekend of it.
The register want to put a complete "time line display" in front of their stand for the public to admire.
