Body Mounting Points

Hi Guys

As the rebuild progresses ( yes slowly ) i would be very grateful of some information on where the body is bolted to the chassis (as the factory did it) specially at the front end.

Thanks  TJ

Hi Tony,

I'll have to leave this one to the members as I have only had the body off the Warwick to date. I suspect some mountings will be the same like the two bolts just behind the lower lip of the boot and another two fastening the curved bit of the parcel shelf to the high square tube just behind rear pasengers heads. As for the front, the Warwick is quite different, as I'm sure you can imagine. Once we have discovered all the original mounting points I think I need to get this on the website to save endless hours of backbreaking heaving and the sound of cracking fibreglass ! Not nice.

Hi Tony

I cant be much help on the origanal side as my car was stipped before I started and the inner flitches were non existant.

I've modified it so as to give a better fit and one day remove the body when I want....or should I say when my kids want to do it as I'm buggered if I'm doin that again
