I was scouting about on the Peerless GT website and I decided to look at the Peerless register of North America website. Apparently it has been hijacked, probably by a Muslim but maybe not. I recently ran across another car website that had been hijacked and it had a bound and beheaded body on it. Who do we contact to straighten out this Wayward/Peerless website? The Wayward/Peerless website just has a comment on it and some French words. Nothing too distasteful.
I was looking to see what magazines and books have articles about Peerless's in them. I have a book at home titled something like "Sports and Racing Cars of 1958" with a nice review of the Peerless in it. I was wondering if any "Automobile Quarterly's" have an article on the Peerless.
If anyone runs across a driving Peerless Phase One for sale in North America, please let me know. My wife says no more projects, but I can buy a running driving car.
Yep, fools die hard. I have been working on buying another Peerless. The one I am considering is original and driving. I am concerned about frame rust tho. I'll be flying out to look at the car early next year.
I prefer Phase 1's but beggars can't be choosers. I am sort of sorry that I didn't buy that Warwick with the cream colored wires that was for sale on this website, but I prefer the looks of the Peerless's better.
Do you know of any cars for sale in UK or USA? Other than the yellow one on this website. I might weaken and buy that eventually if the price becomes better. I would rather find a running restored car. Good luck!
