Hi, I am the one who bought the 1961 Peerless Phase 1 in Michiagan USA. The car is in great condition for age and lack of care by previous owner. the commission number is 00211. The car is racing green. I plan on a total restoration in October of this year, the major thing I need is a front windscreen. Is the car a 1961, since its a phase 1 I thought they went to phase II in 1959.

can we see some pictures sometime?. a rough bench mark....if the headlamps protruded from the "fenders" then it's Phase 1, if they are set back then it's phase 2

I almost bought #213 last year, but my wife threatened to leave me if I drug it home. It was in very rough condition.
