Hi Atle,

Frank Jones had the handbook reprinted a couple of years ago.
I bought mine from him, very nice.
Maybe he has some left?

Unfortunatly i've lost his Email adress, but i'm sure someone here can help you out.

Hi Atle, franks wife passed away and it was here email, frank doesnt use/like/understand/has the patiense to use a computer (Like me!!but I have too)
I will call him and ask if he has some as I think he sent them all to me to disrutbute.
either way I will sort it out.
