The Observer's Book of Automobiles 1962 listin the Warwick

Hi all in Peerless Warwick Land.
Some of you may know this book series others not. It started in the fifties and ended in the nineties It had a range of titles on a dirverse range of topics from Birds , weather, pond life ships ands automobiles. They then listed and explained item and types within that subject. The books are pocket size.Well the car one list A to Z car manufactures from thst year along with load of other info. The Forward this year was by Sirling Moss. The interest to us is that it list the Warwick. It is over 2 pages. gives info on manufacturer models, Specification. The the Appearance. so for the Warwick it mentions "shaply car with bobdy work in glass fibre" The amazing part the this listinf is that it says the current modles are thw GT 2 Litre and the 350. The picture in black and white is of a 350 and the line drawing is also of the front of a 350. The the rest of the book has many other manufactures and information on cars of that period.
The reason for the topic is that I now have a spare copy of this edition. So I thought I would offer it to the Peerless ,Warwick world.
The book is in good condition the hard back still tight bound. No writing in it. It still has its dust jacket. But the dust jactket is not in a great condition. It has the full front not price clipped but is marked where someone has peeled off a sticky lable. the rear is all ther but need some repair. the spine of the jacket is only attached to the rear cover and has a small tear and a bit at the top missing.
I saw various copes of this at the Beaulieu International Auto jumble ranging from £14 with no dust jacket to £35 for a copy with dust jacket but that was not mint either. So I was giong to offer mine at £16 plus postage appropriate to its destination.
Any questions or wish to buy it contact me at duncan.trigg@tiscali.co.uk yawn.gif
