A free ad offer from CMM. Don't miss out!

Hi,

I'm Kate, one of the admin staff at Classic Motor Monthly, Britains best for events and small ads (well, we think it is!). I hope you don't mind me butting in but we have a great offer for all enthusiasts throughout August. A free ad for everybody - we'd like you to give us a try and see what CMM can do for you. Go to  http://www.classicmotor.co.uk/freead.htm  for full details.

By the way, if any of you are current CMM subscribers, the real, exclusive part of this post is that you will be able to take as many free ads as you like during the offer period.

If you need any more information then reply to this post of ring us on 01204 657212.

Thanks for you time,
Kate

Then there's this... and it's not just a limited offer.

Classics Monthly has always featured free reader ads with a photo. No catch, no tie in, just free.
This includes classics for sale, classics wanted, parts for sale, parts wanted. 20 words plus contact details per ad.

Send yours to marketplace@futurenet.co.uk

Ads appear in the next available issue.

Apologies if this reads like a cheap ad but there honestly is no catch.

All the best

Yo Gary:

Great CM issue again this month, lovely TR5 resto, and free ads as well!

So wots the plan for the Beaujolais Bash this year?
How do you follow a Peerless?
(actually that's the easy bit, it's overtaking the damm things that's a problem)

Thanks Frank,

how to follow a Peerless indeed.

Still struggling with that one to be honest.

Was considering something completely mad such as a 3 wheeled Mrgan Aero or such like. Then I came to my senses, woke up and smelt the engine overheating. Plus, I need wine carrying capabilities.

I've been restoring my Peerless fuel tanks, more soon!

All the best
Gary

Well, whatever it is will need a Quick Release medicine cabinet and Passengers Porta Potti, as well as the aforementioned stowage for Beaucoup de Beaujolais.

I'm tempted to have a go myself, show you how it's done etc, but I understand that the entry list is full now, there's no tread left on my rear tyres, and of course I'll need a demon navigator. (Are you reading this Eric?)

Good luck with the fuel tanks, and make sure that they have anti-surge baffles.

Are you going to the Historic Specials, 12th Aug, Cotswold Wild-peerless-drivers Park at Burford?  Sadly Pre 64 to join in, but not too far from you, always a jolly bash, and Falcon Shell's 50th birthday.
