See you at Malvern?

Whos hoping to attend Malvern Triumph and MG Weekend this August? With or without your PW car.

Very much looking forward to it, although my running in top speed will likely make the journey via the Cotswolds rather than the M4/M5.

PS. Jon, why doesnt this platform allow apostrophes?

I will be there on Saturday, all being well in the Peerless.

Hope we have sunshine and as many P&W as possible this year.

thanks for shouting it up Gary, wondered when anyone would think about it!

Just a heads up, as reported in the TRaction report The present Mrs Cluley and I will be once again running the infamous P&WOR BBQ!

Head count compulsory so let me know

Oi, I resemble that comment !!

F.J. his Warwick and his two carers will be there along with a dog ---- which could go on the BBQ if we have a Korean theme!  Arriving Friday PM (hopefully).

 rubber knecker!

another heads up, this time on travel.

Friends of mine came up from Plymouth last weekend and it took them 8 1/2 hours to get here! I know they would be using mainly M5 but traffic round here on a Friday is pants (think FJ sized)

IF you can find a campsite nearish to Malvern for the Thursday night I would highly recommend it...and no, your membership does not cover this.....

Yes, getting off the M5, and round Worcester is usually a real pain, and this year we'll be attacking it with a caravan!

I'm tempted to take the next junction south and loop back through Upton on Severn......

Any local knowledge help appreciated.

And "find a campsite nearby...". Celia and I did that the year it rained.  Hoping for sunny skies this year.

We'll be staying at Hanley Swan, so if the traffic is real bad, might not see you till Saturday morning.

And my pre-booked tickets haven't turned up yet, has anyone else had this problem?

 Frank
