Original Interior Colors

I would like to restore the interior of my Peerless to the original colors and materials.  I have fragments of grey leather seats which I think are original to the car, but they were under a crappy red vinyl redo and are soaked with glue and discolored to a dark grey/brown.

This press photo looks like a light interior for the seats and door cards, but what color reference can I use to find this shade?  Any thoughts or pointers would be most appreciated.

Also,  some of the trim looks like black (dashboard) but is it correct to assume the carpets and door surrounds are also black or are they or could they be a dark blue, or ?

Thanks,

Dean

I have some reference shots which I will sort out and post shortly of Stuart's UK car which is one of the best original interiors I have seen.

Be careful on looking at period pics, All the ones I have a excellent...but Black & White disbelief  and second one you have posted is the second prototype car so production cars could well have been different to this.
