Diff mounting bolt sizes.

Anyone know the sizes of the bolts that mount the diff to the A frame and the ones that hold the brackets to the top?

They are Whitworth, Mike.  Same as the ones in the Layrub.

You can get replacements from Namrick.co.uk

Speaking of Layrubs, mine is in reasonable and, I think, usable condition but does anyone know of a replacement?

it may well look ok but one you push your size 9 down a few times aided by red mist it may start to fail. Usually the first signs of this is when you get a Beach Boys tribute band copy going on in the rear.......

"Bad Vibrations"   disbeliefyawndoh....I'll get me coat....the one with sequins on it..................

Anyhoo. You could try Martin at Proptech. It's a long time since I bought one from him so let me know if he still can deliver.

Size 11's, actually Nigel. Makes getting a sexy pair of stiletto heels a nightmare winkwink

I'll give them a try tomorrow and advise the forum accordingly (price, availability etc.).

Now, how about answering my wiring question biggrinbiggrin

Well, after a bit of perseverance on my part, finally got a hold of Martin at Proptech. He vaguely remembers doing the work for you, Nigel but that's as far as it goes.

Bottom line is that I'm going to send him my Layrub to check out and prepare a cost on and it struck me that it might be beneficial to see if there might be a discount for a group purchase if anyone else is interested.

Any thoughts?

Mike
