Peerless door lock (inner door) mechanism.

All,

Sadly, my Peerless came with missing exterior door handles and inner door mechanisms.  I have purchased new Standard 8 / 10 door handles for the exterior, but am interested in knowing if the rest of the mechanism is Standard 8 /10 as well.

Also, if anyone has spares (left and right), I would be delighted to help create more resources in your beer or petrol fund.

"I would be delighted to help create more resources in your beer or petrol fund." you'll fit in nicely my friend.

All I can tell you from past experience is they were also fitted to Riley 1.5 and Wolseley 1500 (circa 1957-65 ish)

when I went a huntin they were still in the breakers yards and being a four door car I had the ones from the back with less wear....

does anyone know of another source?

Very occasionally they come up on ebay, but those of us in the colonies need to check ebay.co.uk regularly to find them..
