Chassis #213 - A long project

Now that I finally placed the refurbished body on the new chassis, I realized that I don't have a restoration thread on #213 on our own P&W forum.   Turns out I started documenting my efforts on VintageMotoring.net, and never thought to cross post.

Here is an early link to help tie in purchase story (introduction).

And a link the actual restoration progress as I slog through the refurbishments.  Wow there is a lot to finish!

Seems like a good time for a quick update.  After a three year pause due to moving and life, I finally got a change to make a little progress on the Peerless before paint.   The goal is for get all the doors, windows and bumpers attached and working before I remove everything again for paint.  Some of these parts have never been attached or seen the light of day, but after a few solid weeks I now have two working doors and two working windows.  They feel solid and aren't sagging, yet...

Next up I need to fit the new rear vent windows to the new B pillars.
