The lock on the 1958 Peerless GT that we are working on is missing and there is only a hole where it should be. Was it a TR3 boot handle, a TR3 glove box door lock (or should that be a Cubby door)? or something completely different?

but most people fit one of these, because you get better torque to pull the bootlid into the rubber seal.

For Phase 1 cars they used bonnet or boot locks from Jensen.
Something like in the picture.
Just a key, no handle.
I'll look up some picture that i have of this tomorrow.
