The only awkward part is the outer blade on the opening door window wich is a rubber strip inside an aluminium U construction. Providing you still have the aluminium part, replacement rubber strip 88-50-1 will do the job.
good work Frank. yea I had to go with the non-rubber trim but, given time I guess you could attach a bit of Ali to get the rightish look. dont worry, I wont knock points off thought!

If you can find someone with a swaging machine I guess you could make up an acceptable substitute from an ali strip. Given the rarity of Peerless doors, and the difficulty of removoving these from behind the window glass when the little screws have rusted into the GRP, you probably won't find any at an autojumble anytime soon.
What I figured. I loaned the one I have to someone I know at a fabrication shop and he is going to ponder an easy way to make a duplicate. If he comes up with a way for a reasonable price I will pass on the contact.
