Hi Till,thanks for that, I did get a letter in the post (remember that kind of mail?) with an advert cut out about these two cars.

I wnet on their website and could only get details for the one, which the brown car from Canada.

this second car I wll have to find out more on, thanks again....and when are you finally goin to take the plunge and buy one? wink

now i work as an teacher for metalltechnik - but i am still at the beginning. in the next 2 years i must move very quickly into another 2 towns, still earn not sooo much money, my girlfriend is now an unemployed doktor and will also move into another town and...

But in some (not so much) years i will sattle down, will have my own place for repairing old cars, will earn not so much but enough money, will have more time and ... aww

nigel, give me some (not so much) years and we will meet personaly on a peerless meeting in good old britain evileye

Well... #145 has gotten a reprive. The TR4 I was going to restore in its place proved to be so rotten that it is not economically fixable. So I am back to restoring my Peerless.

Peerless #145 is for sale, again. We really mean it this time. I'm stuck in the never ending project of my house, which was damaged in the Great Flood of 2011. I had hoped to be done with it long ago and be able to move on to the Peerless, but that is not to be. I need to clear out many things, the Peerless most of all. It currently resides in storage at Macy's Garage in Tipp City, OH. The engine has been pulled an dismantled. The radiator was restored. The instruments were restored. I have new door handles and a body makers tag. And it has only 37,000 miles on it!

If anyone is interested there is also a 1961 Triumph TR-4, ex-race car for sale in Owego, NY.
