The racing Warwick uses a Land Rover discovery radiator.
This is a wondrous component, it fits under a Warwick bonnet a real treat and seems to handle the heat of a well-thrashed V8 without any problems. It's lots cheaper than a TR3 one as well. All good reasons to fit one, so I have.
However I noticed that it comes with a built-in oil/water cooler element. Before I make an expensive mistake and blow it or the radiator apart and fill my nice new sump with antifreeze...
Is there any reason why I can't use the oilcooler?
Hi Frank, Ian says yes you can use the oil cooler, it is very efficient and will handle your oil pressure well. I will give you a ring anyway as I can't remember what else he said!!!! DO ring us anyway if you need anything.
