Hi & thanks for the mention. I should also mention that if anyone has any other ongoing projects (heaven forebid!), Eurodriveshafts can also custom build propshafts to a very high standard & at reasonable cost. And, no, I don't have shares, they're just very helpful. Regards Mike
I bought replacement shafts for my Peerless from these guys.
Now, I need a pair of special shafts for a hush-hush Warwick project that has a Jag diff. This is bigger, wider, heavier, and I'm worried about the torque load on the shafts. An exchange of e-mails later, one of my "B&H special" drawings, and within days....
"I have calculated the torque of the 2 short shafts and the wheel slip based on dry tarmac figure for friction. This gives a torque for each shaft of 468 Nm as a maximum. In turn I have used these figures on the B10 Life Prediction and get an average hours life of 16140 hours using 1310 Series Shafts."
"We are intending to send today for delivery tomorrow. Send no cheque yet, we would prefer if when you receive the shafts that you confirm they fit OK etc. then we will send you an invoice which you can pay by return."
I honestly didn't believe that service this good existed anywhere. Do they fit? They slide in just like a well greased driveshaft should. And all this for £104 each???
Well done Euro Driveshafts, I'm seriously impressed.
