Sooner or later i need to sort out the oil drips on the car. What's the collective experience? Does the engine and gearbox come out easily as one, or should i pull the 'box first? dave

Attached is a photo from the inside of my PH1 bootlid showing the slot cut for the standard reverse/reg plate light. It seems way too big and certainly needs a rubber gasket. Is the slot too big or should there be a backing piece for the Lucas L469 lamp? Help appreciated. All the best, Gary

Is #145 odd again or does anyone else have a plunger and spring type bonnet latch? Mine looks like a TR4's. It is mounted on the heater box. I'm thinking of adding the latches in the corners that are on other Peerless' as there is no secondary latch as on the TRs. John

My shock bracket is broken on the LH side. After looking at it and contemplating going with a Watts linkage and a coil over set up I have come to the conclusion that if I retain just the main leaf on the leaf springs and the one next to it the axle should be adequatly located side to side with some spring also...
