I am going to advertise my Peerless GT2 at the end of August and thought I would inform forum members ahead of this. I'm looking to sell for around 18k and would like to pass the car to a fellow enthusiast. I have owned the car for 10 years, its been restored and MOT'd for the last 5 years, its just run out again and I've travelled 9 miles last year, in fact I've probably travelled less than 100 miles during my ownership. I've fallen for a much younger Japanese model and prefer to use my Toyota when ever I can
My Peerless is a RHD model and might be the youngest on the road in UK registration MMD141C makes it a Feb 1965 model ! mu car has loads of new parts ( I've just bought a new battery) and it looks great. I had a professional respray, new leather interior, wire wheels, new 165 tyres its just never been as much fun to drive as it should be, it needs someone to spend time setting it up, the steering's heavy and the car tends to wander and because of this I travel slower than I would like.. I've come to the conclusion I am never going to find the time to sort the car out and best pass it on to an enthusiast

so sorry to see this advert Rob but as you say 9 miles in a year is not what they were built for. I hope you get honest enquires and I will let a few on "my list" know too.
Talking about japanese cars on the Peerless activeboard - ????!!! Wow
Well, I am still no Peerless Owner and I will still be no one ....
But I bought a house - with some work...
Nigel do you remember ? - first a house, then the Peerless (the car of my dreams ...)
By the way, I own a Mitsubishi l300 4WD from 1984 since 11 years
OK, not sporty, but also makes fun ...
Best regards
Till from germany (sorry for my rusty english...)
