your Warwick is looking a treat. Did you ever doubt the screen would fit? After all, our cars are built to such fine tolerances, what could possibly go wrong?
All the best, Gary

Rust Never Sleeps - Cavity Wax and Valium Should Do It
Well, quite a lot! If you've had the screens out for a while the roof will have sagged and the structure is only reinforced at the pillars by a couple of random bits of wood. If the body/chassis assembly is twisted this is when you will find out.
I used Woolies 399-358 seal. The proper insertion tool and lots of soapy water helped.
I did feel uneasy about the lower corners on the new front screen, there's not a lot of "overlap" between screen and rubber at those points. But it seems waterproof and may settle a bit once I start driving around.
The back screen was a real struggle, and that was the original glass that I took out. Basically it was a 3 handed job, one pushing the screen in, another one inside the car pushing the roof out, and then a third inserting the chrome strip.
