New screens now fitted

Auto Windscreens fitted the first new front and rear heated screens to my Peerless this morning.
They look superb. Crystal clear, laminated and excellent fit.
The element wires are no thicker than a human hair, and very difficult to see without a white background and nosed pressed against the glass. Running top to bottom, the rear elements cover all but a small area near the screen edge on each side, left and right.
The fittings allowed for some refinements which will find their way onto subsequent screens.

Part one of the two part feature, showing how the screens were remanufactured, is now in the new issue of Classics Monthly, on sale today. In all, there are nine pages of Peerless to read about (and rib me about).
All the best,
Gary

Great to hear that the new screens are on your car.
I ordered a full set of non heated for my car, just waiting for the shipping cost and hoping it is reasonable.
And I finaly subscript for your magasine.  But I was not able to get the subscription from this issue, but must to wait for the May issue....

Things have been going slow in my garrage the last 6 months. It has been a cold winther in Norway, and i need to insulate the garrage to get a comfy temperature. I will do so next summer.
But the temperature is rising, and so is the working morale. My aim is still summer 2012.

Best regards
Atle Granby
