Good work Atle. Your car is coming together well. Interesting to note the aluminium seal strip running vertically in page 15 on the hinge plate. Incidentally, what exhaust box/system have you used?
I've recently finished bonding my Phase 1 body to its chassis using Sikaflex 252. I'm delighted with the results. SIkaflex is the modern way to construct bus and coaches. It's vibration absorbent and incredibly strong, which should help reduce stress cracks. Also for our cars, it takes out any imperfections between panel fit and chassis fit because it's applied as a 5-10mm bead. I'll email you the pics if you're interested.
