Good Day Gentlemen; I am the proud new owner of #213. It is rough but is certainly not too far gone to restore. I own a restoration shop in Ventura California and we do mostly ...British Sports Cars!!! The Peerless joins our 2 MGTD's and 2 MGB's and a TR250. I saw my first Peerless in Vancouver,Canada where I grew up. This was around 1980. Is that car still there? I would appreciate any history of #213 ( named "lucky"). How many LHD cars were built?Your website is very good and I have been following the exchanges regarding #213. I look forward to future contact. Cheers! Dave
Welcome to the club Dave, please could you contact me via e-mail (registrar@peerless-gt.co.uk) so that I can add you and GT2/00213 to the register. All the very best, Jon
I was buying #213 from Lee DeBrish. The day I was going to pick it up (trailer attached to the truck), my wife threatened divorce and I was forced to back down. I have a drivers outside door handle for you as well as a source for the inside door mechanism from a Standard 10 sedan that is in Bakersfield. You can contact me off the forum.
