Well heck. My wife stopped me from getting it. I had the trailer hooked up and ready to go and she mentioned something about "if you want to stay married, don't bring that car home". It just wasn't worth the anguish. I backed out of the deal and the car went to a nice guy in Ventura, who has a more understanding wife.
However, my wife did say that I can buy any restored car that I wanted, just no more projects. Therefore, I am on the lookout for a condition 1, 2 or 3 Phase One Peerless in the states! Good luck on that one... That red one in Florida looked like a bargain, but is long gone. If anyone knows of a restored Peerless for sale, please remember this post and let me know! I'll keep lurking on the forum in the meantime.
